Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Innerwear, lingerie, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

• For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
• Rabiya’z By Shamim is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

• If cancellation is requested after 12 hours, the order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
• In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Rabiya’z By Shamim reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For assistance with exchanges, contact our support team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
